Local D-Day Remembrance Rally draws almost 60 demonstrators in Support of Veterans
The Tri-County Democratic Woman's Club gathers with fellow allies to honor and advocate for continued support of Local Veterans
MASON COUNTY, Ky. (Mason County Post) On Friday, June 6, dozens of local residents from Mason, Bracken, Fleming, and surrounding counties gathered at the Old Limestone Center in Maysville, Kentucky, to show support for local veterans in honor of D-Day Remembrance.
The rally was organized by the Tri-County Democratic Women’s Club (TCDWC). Unbothered by rain, heat, or humidity, community members came out in full force to honor and uplift those who served.
More than 60 local demonstrators gathered at the event — a new milestone for the club. The last protest, held in April, mobilized only 40 participants, marking significant growth in just a few months.
