Maysville Dirt Bowl Classic Returns August 8-9 at Mason County Girls Gym
MAYSVILLE, Ky. (Mason County Post) — Organizers have announced the return of the popular Maysville “Dirt Bowl” Classic, a competitive basketball tournament set for August 8 and 9 at the Mason County Girls Gym.
The event, known for its high-energy atmosphere and community spirit, is open to teams looking to compete in the summer hoops showcase. The entry fee is $300 per team, with the first 12 teams accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A waiting list will be maintained once the field is full.
Teams interested in participating must register by the July 20 deadline. A $100 deposit is required at the time of registration, with the remaining $200 due before the first game.
The “Dirt Bowl” Classic continues a local tradition of summer basketball in Maysville, drawing teams and fans from the region for two days of exciting competition. Organizers encourage teams to register early to secure their spot in the limited field.
